Customers have been asking for a collection of the wonderful recipes served on the lunch and tea menus.  Tea Time Scrumptious is the first cookbook by Tammy Seibert and her staff.  It is a collection of recipes from both Tammy's childhood and the tearoom kitchen.  The book also includes the A Spot For Tea story, a tea list, additional in-depth tea information and color pictures.

A Spot For Tea has been included in a new cookbook featuring recipes gathered from tearooms around the United States.  Owner Tammy Seibert submitted five of her recipes and was delighted to find all were chosen to be included in the new cookbook.  America's Best Tea Room Recipes is now being sold in gift shops around the nation.
