How to Brew Tea


  1. Measure the tea into an infuser or tea sock, allowing one teaspoon of tea per cup.

  2. Insert your tea filled infuser and pour in boiling* water.

  3. Let steep for 3 -5 minutes.

  4. Remove infuser and enjoy!


To Decaf Tea
  1. Insert your tea filled infuser and pour in boiling* water.

  2. Let steep for 30 seconds, then pour off water (retaining tea leaves).  85% of the caffeine will be removed!

  3. Pour in fresh boiling water and let steep for 3-5 minutes*.

  4. Remove infuser and enjoy!


*For green and white tea, water should be slightly less than boiling.
