How to Brew Tea
- Measure the tea into an infuser or tea sock, allowing one teaspoon of tea per cup.
- Insert your tea filled infuser and pour in boiling* water.
- Let steep for 3 -5 minutes.
- Remove infuser and enjoy!
To Decaf Tea
Insert your tea filled infuser and pour in boiling* water.
Let steep for 30 seconds, then pour off water (retaining tea leaves). 85% of the caffeine will be removed!
Pour in fresh boiling water and let steep for 3-5 minutes*.
Remove infuser and enjoy!
*For green and white tea, water should be slightly less than boiling.
