Text Box: Cost: $24.99 (+tax) per child Optional Cost:$35.00 Parent Platter (+ tax) Age Requirement: 4 years and older Minimum: 6 people (including birthday girl) Signed contract required on all parties. Parties done at 11am and 1:30pm* *4pm parties available Tuesday—Friday by special request. Age Appropriate It has been our experience that children over the age of 4 are able to participate in the planned activities and enjoy the tea festivities with greater ease. We ask that no child under that age be invited. Deposit & Payments A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. The deposit will be deducted from the total when paying for the party. The deposit is due at time of booking the date. We accept cash, check or charge for deposit. Invitations Printed invitations are addressed and mailed out for you! We send out the invitations on Tuesday, 10 days prior to the party. The date will be specified on your contract. We also send an invitation to the birthday girl as a keepsake. Invitations will not be sent out without a signed contract. The client is responsible for providing an invitation list with complete addresses preferably by email: aspotfortea@att.net Size Of Parties During our regular Tea Room Hours (11 - 3pm Tuesday - Saturday) we require a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 16 in the Rose Cottage (including the Birthday Girl). After-hours parties will require a minimum of 8 participants (including the Birthday girl). RSVP Policy The client is responsible for RSVP’s. (Your name and phone number is included on the invitation) The client is responsible for calling A Spot For Tea the day before the tea party and reporting on who will be attending. This is so we can have the table set with place cards and keepsake photos with their names. The final invoice will be based on that count over minimum. Due to the initial up-front cost of setting up a party, if a guest is included in the count and does not attend we cannot provide a credit or a refund. Celebration Times Dress-Up Tea parties in the Rose Cottage will be available by reservation at 11am and 1:30pm Tuesday - Saturday. The parties last 1 hour and 45 minutes. For children in school we can accommodate after-school tea parties in the afternoon. After-hours parties will be available at 4pm Tuesday - Thursday and will require a minimum of 8 participants.
